Help & questions

Short answers to what people ask most. Still stuck? Ask your admin.

What does this app do?

It shows what your team's AI keys cost: per key, per person and per AI model. The numbers come straight from OpenAI's, Anthropic's and Google's own usage and billing records, so nobody has to estimate.

How do I add a key?

Go to My keys and click Add key. Paste the key and give it a name you'll recognise, like “My laptop”. We spot the provider from the key itself. Use a normal API key, not an admin key.

Get a key from your provider here (each opens in a new tab):

Is my key safe?

Yes. Your key is sealed (encrypted) the moment you add it. Nobody, admins included, can see it again. Everyone only sees its name and a short hint like sk-proj-…a1b2. When you delete a key here, the sealed copy is destroyed.

Who can see my usage?

You and the admins. Other members only see their own keys and spending.

Can two people share one key?

A key can be added by one person only, so its spending is never counted twice. If you both use the same key, the providers can't tell who spent what. Each person should create their own key. If someone else already added a key that is yours, ask an admin.

Why is my spending $0?
  • The key is new. Data appears within 15 minutes of adding it.
  • The key wasn't used in the dates you picked. Try “Last 90 days”.
  • The key belongs to an account the company doesn't track (for example a personal account). Then its spending can't be read.
  • Gemini: Google only reports requests per key. Gemini cost is shown for the whole Google project.
How often does it update?

Every 15 minutes. Providers can take a few hours to finalise their costs, so today's numbers can still change a little.

What does “Shared” cost mean?

Some costs are billed to a whole project instead of to one key, so they can't be tied to one person. We show them as Shared: they're in the team totals, but in no one's personal numbers. Everything marked Exact belongs to one key for certain.

I forgot my password

Ask your admin for a reset link. Open it, choose a new password of at least 10 characters, and sign in again. The link works once.
